I joined South-End Rowing club in oct/2003. An intresting club where I met people with diverse talents and huge potential. I Joined the club to gain experience in Open water swimming for the English channel swim in Aug/2004. People I met in the club have become my friends for life and Bob Roper, John Meyer and Uncle Pedro were a great inspiration. I once made an attempt to break Drew Downs record for 7 Alcatraz crossing in a single day. I had to quit after 3 crossings(2.5 hrs). If I ever come back to live in the bay area. I will make another attempt at breaking Drew Downs record.
